Books
The book module enables a learner to interact multiple resources and activities for the particular learning area digitally. These are in form of text, video and audio lessons, SCORM packages as well as knowledge check exercises and revision activities. Chapters are presentenced as clickable units for random access.

Knowledge check activities
This enables a students to have self assessment or be assessed by teacher or guardian. It involves answering quizzes that are learning area and topic based. The questions are of various types, including multiple choice, matching, short-answer and numerical. Each time the lerner open a knowledge check activity, the answers are shuffled, in the case of a multiple choice activity. This prevents a learner from cramming answers. Each attempt is marked instantly by the system, and the grade/mark is recorded in the gradebook and shown displayed to the learner together with correct answers for each item, .
Video and audio Lessons
Videos and audios are used as instructional tools in delivering a lesson. They can also be used as a tool for assessing conceptualisation through their use in a variety of questions, such as multiple choice, matching and short answer.
Interactive Videos
Learning content is usually displayed over several pages, with navigation between the pages. There are various options for displaying content in a pop-up window, with a table of contents, with navigation buttons etc. Interactive video activities generally include questions, with grades being recorded in the gradebook.
Assignment
The assignment activity module enables a teacher to communicate tasks, collect work and provide grades and feedback. The assignment activity module enables a students to collect work on the platform and present it for marking in the form of documents. After the work is assessed, an assessment mark if displayed for the learner together with relevant feedback.
The Chat
The chat activity module enables participants to have text-based, real-time synchronous discussions.
Forum
The forum activity module enables participants to have asynchronous discussions i.e. discussions that take place over an extended period of time.
Glossary
The glossary activity module enables participants to create and maintain a list of definitions, like a dictionary, or to collect and organise resources or information.
Files
All public documents relevant to teaching and learning are accessed by simply pushing the download button, Learners and facilitators can download these for personal use
